Welcome to the pack

We’re glad you’re here.

  • Fear-free grooming

  • Kennel-free salon

  • Undivided attention

  • A dog lover’s choice

Hi! I’m Jessica.

I have been an animal lover my whole life! The love of dogs was inspired by my grandmother. She encouraged me from a young age to get into dog grooming by letting me groom her dogs. I was also very passionate about horses and spent a great deal of time at the barn.

I knew I wanted to work with animals full-time, but I didn’t know what that looked like when I started college. The dream started by taking a pre-vet course at the NSAC. Quickly I learned my passion for small business and finished my Agricultural Business Degree with a focus on companion animal courses as well as economics.

I studied dog grooming techniques under a Master Groomer before opening my own shop in my home. I continuously seek out learning opportunities and I am a member of the Canadian Professional Pet Stylist (Federally registered dog certification) as well as being Fear Free certified.

When I started my business, I had the goal of filling a gap in the market with a kennel-free grooming facility where every dog could feel safe and comfortable while I pamper them with love and curated products for their specific needs.

At my salon, your dog is treated with undivided attention. We don’t use kennels. They get a chance to explore and get comfortable with the space before the groom. They sniff things, observe, and interact with whatever they need to get comfortable. Earning your dog’s trust is an important part of the process!

Along with my Fear-Free certification, I am a certified Bather and Intermediate Pet Stylist with plans to get my Masters certification. I am very passionate about attending clinics and workshops to help me learn new skills and expand my knowledge on techniques, as well as keeping up on current best practices in the industry.
